Financial & Administrative Affairs Manager – Qualification Summary (10+ Years Experience)

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 10 years in financial and administrative leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams and corporate operations.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP for financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, and HR modules
    • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, dashboards, and data analysis
    • Expertise in budget planning, cost control, cash flow management, and financial audits
    • Skilled in policy development, compliance, and regulatory reporting
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation abilities
  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across departments
    • Oversee administrative operations including HR, procurement, and office management
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax laws, and corporate governance standards
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
