Job Description
Site Engineer (Concrete) – Qualification Summary (5–7 Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years in site engineering roles with a strong focus on concrete works in infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Skills:
- Proficient in formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and curing techniques
- Skilled in interpreting structural drawings, method statements, and technical specifications
- Fluent in English with strong reporting, coordination, and documentation abilities
- Familiar with quality control procedures, concrete mix designs, and non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Able to manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety compliance
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise all concrete-related site activities and ensure adherence to design and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for timely execution
- Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, and material requisitions
- Monitor concrete placement, curing, and testing to meet project specifications
