Repairman (Workshop) – Qualification Summary (5–7 Years Experience)
- Education: Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Experience: 5–7 years in workshop-based repair and maintenance roles across industrial, automotive, or construction equipment sectors.
- Skills:
- Skilled in diagnosing faults, disassembling components, and performing mechanical/electrical repairs
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Fluent in English with strong documentation and communication abilities
- Familiar with preventive maintenance schedules, equipment servicing, and safety protocols
- Experienced in reading technical manuals, repair guides, and equipment schematics
- Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on machinery, tools, and workshop equipment
- Maintain service logs and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to support workshop efficiency
- Inspect, test, and certify repaired items before release
