HR Chief – Qualification Summary (7+ Years Experience)

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR leadership roles, overseeing strategic HR functions and team management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in SAP HR modules for payroll, personnel administration, and organizational management
    • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning
    • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy development
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
    • Familiar with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead HR strategy, planning, and execution across departments
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
    • Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems
