HR Chief – Qualification Summary (7+ Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR leadership roles, overseeing strategic HR functions and team management.
- Skills:
- Proficient in SAP HR modules for payroll, personnel administration, and organizational management
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy development
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Familiar with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
- Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy, planning, and execution across departments
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems
