HSE Manager – Qualification Summary (10+ Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 10 years in Health, Safety, and Environment leadership roles across construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Skills:
- Expert in HSE policy development, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Fluent in English with strong communication, training, and reporting capabilities
- Proficient in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Skilled in emergency response planning, PPE compliance, and site safety audits
- Experienced in leading HSE teams, conducting toolbox talks, and managing regulatory compliance
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HSE strategies aligned with corporate and legal requirements
- Lead safety inspections, audits, and training programs to promote a zero-incident culture
- Investigate accidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain HSE documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe operations
