HSE Training Officer – Qualification Summary (5–7 Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in HSE training or instructional design preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years in HSE roles with a focus on training delivery, safety awareness, and workforce development.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English with strong presentation, instructional, and communication abilities
- Proficient in developing and delivering HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and induction sessions
- Skilled in risk assessment, incident prevention, and emergency response planning
- Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Experienced in preparing training materials, conducting evaluations, and maintaining compliance records
- Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HSE training plans tailored to project and workforce needs
- Conduct safety inductions, refresher courses, and competency assessments
- Monitor training effectiveness and update content based on regulatory changes
- Support site teams in promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement
