Warehouse Chief – Qualification Summary (5–7 Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in warehouse operations, including team leadership, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Skills:
- Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) for inventory tracking, stock movements, and reporting
- Strong understanding of warehouse layout planning, material handling, and storage optimization
- Fluent in English with excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Skilled in cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and dispatch coordination
- Familiar with safety standards, quality control, and logistics workflows
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate inventory records and timely material issuance using SAP
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
