Job Description
Technical Office Engineer – Qualification Summary (5–7 Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
- Experience: 5–7 years in construction or engineering projects, with proven expertise in technical documentation, project coordination, and site-office integration.
- Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project
- Strong command of construction drawings, BOQs, RFIs, and shop drawings
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
- Familiar with international standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO)
- Skilled in cost estimation, procurement coordination, and subcontractor management
- Certifications (optional but valuable):
- PMP®, PMI-SP®, or equivalent project management credentials
- OSHA or NEBOSH safety certifications
- Advanced Excel or BIM training
