Technical Office Engineer – Qualification Summary (5–7 Years Experience)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
Experience: 5–7 years in construction or engineering projects, with proven expertise in technical documentation, project coordination, and site-office integration.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project
Strong command of construction drawings, BOQs, RFIs, and shop drawings
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
Familiar with international standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO)
Skilled in cost estimation, procurement coordination, and subcontractor management
Certifications (optional but valuable):
PMP®, PMI-SP®, or equivalent project management credentials
